Day 1 kicked my butt!

Hey there

I havent been working out much recently and Day 1 really kicked my butt yesterday- but that's cool! I am sore everywhere I worked out. Going to try day 2 today - will that be ok depsite my widespread soreness?

of course I am working different muscles groups but wanted to check in just in case.

Also, I didn't adhere too closesly to the number or reps in the sets due to trying to figure out my weight levels, but now that I have a benchmark it should be better on the next day 1.

Yes you can workout:) in facts its Encouraged and will actually help even things out once you get warmed up:)

Enjoy! its the best:)

The Key lifts are the bench mark so don't worry if other numbers skew here or there.
