Has anybody here had any experience with Dan Moore's protocol for hypertropy, he calls it Maximum Stimulation. His site goes into a great deal of science literature review on physiology of muscle protein synthesis rates in response to different resistance protocols.
Basically it involves using single set / high rep with short M-time rests between every rep. i.e. rerack weight after every lift for specified rest (1-5 seconds)
