This thing messed up my workout.
I usually take 4 or 5 caps and have a great workout with tons of energy and great pumps.
Today, for some stupid reason I decide to take the full dose of 9 caps 45 minutes before I work out with 1 cup of 100% grape juice followed by 20 ounces of water.
I've done this before, and I guess you have to screw up more than once to get the message in your brain.
Now, I'm lifting in the 12+ rep range and todays workout got interrupted.
At the full dose I got too pumped up too quick and I couldn't bang out the high reps like I wanted too. My tri's pumped up so much, it was not allowing me to rep any more.
If you want some serious mother F'ing pumps, take a full dose of this stuff. It got me so pumped in my second set, I couldn't even do 235 for 9 reps, which I can usually do 15-17 reps.

Oh, and I had so much energy I felt like I was in fast forward. Not jittery, but I felt like I could run a marathon 3 times over.
I'm not taking that many ever again. Too much pump for me.
