damn ramen noodles!

do not eat 2 packages ramen noodles before intense workout.. so much sodium.. i puked so hard, had to taste half digested ramen noodles coming out of my system.. haven't had them in over a year... ugh
 
its ok, i just came up with a new meal!!!
i mixed my oats and 2 cans of tuna together!! it freaking great!
i know it sounds nasty, but you gotta try it

Damn! You really thought they were good for you? If you need some pasta or noodles in the diet try some 100% whole grain/wheat noodles. Makes some awesome chicken dishes with a little olive oil and light on the cheese.
 
Diet board material...


1 pack of noodles is OK. It's not the best source of carbs, but here's how to do it up right:

Add stuff like:

Wakame
Shrimp
Egg
Tofu
Mung Bean Sprout (good for liver)
cabbage/broccoli rabe/carrot/mushroom/et c

Flavor:
Miso
Hot oil (sesame or soybean)
do not add more than 1/4 of the package flavoring!

Finally, someone else eats 2 cans of tuna and a cup of uncooked oatmeal. (with a fiborous vegy on the side, of course) I eat it atleast once a day. It is my staple meal. Its fast, easy, and cheap. Hey, thats how I like my women.

Oh, sorry about that coment about women guys. I forgot this is the Bodybuilding Board. I'll keep it bodybuilding related.

Anyways, back to the tuna. Hey, that reminds me of my... Oh, foget it. I'll goto the chat area.

Your right. I saw a good idea and I tryed to steal it and all its glory. I'm guilty of doing this with the Clapper and the Flowby. I need help
 
They are a horrid choice of carbs bruh, they are FRIED NOODLES. Forget the sodium issue, fried carbs (suck ass source of carbs at that) are never a good idea. May as well eat french fries!

Nutrition wise it's great, taste wise, well, I dunno. Not too much of a fan of brown rice in general however. :D

Ugh, ramen noodles are gross!! I used to work with a guy who'd eat 2 packages of them with sour cream......now that's gross!
