They are about 1.1 times larger than the thumbnails you are seeing.
I hope she didn't save them that tiny.

I bet he's got much bigger ones that online.

Have you tried saving each picture to your favorites? Hit favorites on the top of your computer and when you click +add, there will be a box that says "Make available offline." Maybe if you do that, it can be saved on the hard drive and you can then save your pictures that way....
Just a thought, hope it works

just use the print screen - that saves the whole screen to the clipboard -

then paste (cntrl-v) into a photo software like paintshoppro photoshop ms paint etc

Lol. That would be funny..... but I think I'm gonna wait til he gives me the book I already paid for... then I will maybe email him the pics I have.... that he didn't sell me.
