damn im falling off the wagon

i did exellent on the CKD. no binges no unschedualed cheat meals nothing! now that im off i switched to low carbs 75-100 or so and it seems to have sparked that carb craving once again.
heres a sample day of my diet

meal
1. whey shake- post cardio
2.chicken breast/ half bagel
3.chicken breast/half bagel
4.tuna/broccley
5. whey shake serving of broccli

im still in the pursiut of fat loss so here's what i have in mind

meals
1. protein/carbs
2. protein/carbs
3.protein/carbs
4.protein/good fats
5.protien/good fats
6.protien/good fats

first half of day would be carbs then second will be fats!

what do ya think?
 
I think it is a fairly good idea to go ahead with your plan. But I would say to schedule a prot/carb meal after your workout, even if you train at 9:00 at night. If, for example, you do this from time to time, substitute one of the morning carb meals with the fats.
So, generally:
6 meals/dy: 3 P/C (1 in am, 1 post-workout), 3 P/F

I would say to follow this as opposed to carbs in am ONLY. Unless, of course, you ALWAYS train in the am.
Just my opinion.

The problem you're having is going from eating alotta fat, which is very filling, to alot of fast absorbing food (bagels, whey, etc.) Eat some mo' fat, like you're planning, and you should be cool.

c'mon dude. Half a year ago u stated everything was going on fine with since u were on pondimin.
Now your still on dieting.
either u started with a damn high %fat or your diet still was shitty wile on p.
I guess u laid of p. Just curious, why? ran out of supply or something else?

btw, are ya still "down" meaning in depression? If so, I think dieting wouldn't be appropiate here. just makes things in your brain worse.

i lost alot of weight and hit my goals, i ust want to get leaner and leaner. im not dieting at the moment but will be back on the ball in a few weeks as soon as i recover from a motorcycle accident i just had:mad:
