Damn I just made some great stuff!!!

This Irish boy learns quick and just spent the last 2 hours cooking some pasta sauce from scratch. I gotta say this stuff is the bomb with mucho garlic ;)

After marrying into a Italian family I can;t buy the crap they sell in stores again.

Garlic is stinky shiznit,but it sure makes a lot of stuff taste great.
 
Once you have made your own spaghetti sauce to your likings and fine tuned it, you will never like italian food anywhere else. I have that problem now.

I am beggining to see that, before I never knew the diff. Then married into an Italian family where it was all from scratch, now I can't enjoy an Italian restaurant unless it is a real Mom and Pop place where it is all from scratch.

Sweet Jesus!!! Just heated some of this up at work and DAYUM is it good! No shortage of garlic either, that god for my toothbrush, scope and breath assures in my desk ;)
 
I would fuck up a bowl of that right now... DAMN YOU!

Yeah dudeman. Homemade spaghetti sauce somehow increases in awesomeness when it is heated up after being refrigerated. I don't get it.

Gonna have to cut back on the garlic a wee bit next time or make one set for home and one for work! This stuff is toxic but good ;)

That is the beauty of this stuff, there is no recipe.

Took a couple of jars of crushed tomatoes(in Sept we spent 9 hours crushing lord knows how many bushels of tomatoes and put them in jars, this is a fall ritual for Italians), chopped some onions, green peppers, mucho garlic, salt pepper let simmer for 2 hours and add a touch of tamatoe paste to thicken and BAM!!!!! SWEET GOODNESS!!! ;) ;)

All ladies are welcome to come over and try some ;)
