Damn-How much for DHL services?

I bought some Parlodel from our German anti-aging friends, I received usps. They sent me 2 more boxes via DHL today, which my girl accepted since I wasn't home. I would just accept the new package if I knew I wasn't going to get hit hard by the shipping, but since I didn't order it, I am not obligated to accept the charges. My girl tells me DHL services are around$40, if so I would definitely return the shit. Anyone familiar with DHL services that can tell me the cost to get something sent from Germany?

It's a pharmacy so they charge my credit card. I would accept the extra charges and take the stuff, but my girl told me since they sent the extra shit through DHL, the shipping charge will be $40. I want to know if DHL services are really that expensive. Thanks for the replies.
