damn dbol back pumps...ouch!

18 days into dbol cycle and as I was jogging from my car to my office, the back pump kick in....ouch!!! Anyone have the scientific knowledge as to what exactly causes the back pumps such as lack of water, maybe toxic build up in the liver (yes I take milk thirstle), high protein maybe...somebody...anybody?
 
i have no idea, i think i read somewhere that it's bc a lot of blood collects in your lower back and that is why. i dont know?? all i can say is get used to it...
 
Ive had the same problem, it goes away after a while (after I kicked up my h2o intake) As far as the pumps all I could find was that it was the muscle being tight not the kidneys having problems.
 
I have heard several theories on why it happens. I have tried about every suggestion I've heard of to get rid of it and have never been successful w/the excpetion of stopping. I have used it with every single cycle I have ever done, my first two cycles being d-bol only. It seems to get worse for me each time I take it, the last time was the final time, I'm through with it (at least that's my plan). Next time I'm going to try drol and see how that goes.
 
I always run dbol at the beginning of my cycles and usually only get the back
pain when I go over 40mg/day.
I'm just speculating here, but the lower back pain could be a combo of the kidney
damage and all of the excess water being stored in the muscle. Your muscles are going to swell. When that happens around your spinal area, your gonna get some
serious pain. Like I said, it's just a guess

Try lowering the dose, or showing up for work on time, so you don't have to
run anymore. ;)

Actually, I'm only taking 20mg on training days and 10mg on workout days. Also i intake about 1 gallon of water a day. Is feels more like muscle tightness then kidneys and I have very healthy kidneys...I haven't been on long enough for that plus, it seems to happen to many people, also it was a day after intense squats so that could have also contributed to the tighting. As far as running...it was after work and also I'm an engineer so I make my own schedule don't have that problem of the big boss dictating what time to show up.

I thought about maybe it was due to water, but damn I intake about 100ozs a day. But if you think about, dbol makes all muscles feel tighten and pumped, and being that the lower back is a sensitive muscle, it just more irritating than the others.

I was just busting your balls about showing up for work on time. ;)

Your doses are pretty low, what else are you taking with it?

I know :qt:... 250mg test cyp, 400mg EQ for 12 wks and may stretch it to 16 wks depending on gains by the 10th wk. Also I use liquidex at .5mg eod with milk thirstle and saw palmetto. First cycle so I'm testing my tolerance levels and system response and adjusting as I go.
