Yup, we got them bastards here too. They are all over the place. You know when you walk on the sidewalk and you see those little anthills? Well in my backyard I have what you could call the ant version of New York. It's like a fucking metropolis of them. The whole "ant city" is about 6 feet across and 4 feet wide. I have tried Raid, some special poisen they are supposed to take down into the holes and even dumping gas down them and lighting them up. THEY WON"T DIE!!!!! Anyone know what I should try next?

When I was a kid, I used to love to go crush the ant hills. (Yes, I was mean.) Then the movie Honey, I Shrunk the Kids came out, and I just couldn't get the same satisfication out of it. Antie was just a good ant.

Ants are one thing. I had them and got rid of them with some bait and outside with a repellant. but I also had Chiggers. Those are the microscopic red bugs that almost look like spiders. They bite and sorta burrow their way under your skin. I had a hell of a time getting rid of those, but finally used a whole bag of repellant on a very small front lawn area and steps (probably ruined my health and the ozone in the process) but I think they`re gone.
