Damn AF store

I ordered the Yohimburn DF and they sent me the regular. I paid the extra money, now I gotta wait and send it back and then wait again for them to send it. Damn I hate when this shit happens. I am assuming that it is not the DF because it does not say DF on the bottle, and the ingredients are the same as the regular on their site.

It happens sometimes. The problem is that when they are picked they are already wrapped in the bubble wrap and you can't see which bottle is in there. They ARE in seperate bins but as you can see sometimes that's not enough.
If you contact the AF Store they will send you the right bottle with a label for UPS. You take the new bottle out of the box, put the wrong one in, label it, and give it back to the UPS man. And I hear tell that the AF Store puts a bonus product in the box for all mispicked orders.

I'll vouch for the fact that they'll correct the problem, but when that happened to me, I had to wait longer than two-day air again because of New Year's, and I didn't get any other form of compensation. Not that it's expected, but faster shipping at least would've been nice since it was their fault.

Either way, I have no complaints for them. I just stocked up on NYC and it all got here just fine. Keep up the good work over there.

Well I tested their real quality out today when I called to tell them. And like any real and reputable business would do, he apolagized for the mistake and took care of it instantly. I got the UPS confirmation shipping number two hours later. Great customer service and great business, I will spend my money there for long to come without any hesitation. By the way, what was the "compensation" that you recieved?

Nothing, which didn't bother me because I didn't pay for anything else. I was just a little pissed that I had to wait so much longer for my Yohimburn after I accidentally broke the other bottle in my gym bag.

Either way, my experiences have all been good with them, and my last few orders have all been taken care of just fine. Even if they weren't, I'd still use them. Where else am I gonna buy Yohimburn? :fro:
