That screwed up ex of mine cancelled my visit with my daughter for no other reason then it wasn't good for her. I said any day next week will work for me and she says next week isn't good. She did this an hour after she phoned me this AM and didn't get the answers she wanted.


Sorry to vent so much lately but this is the only place I have to do it as I won't let my family worry about things any more then they already are.

Sorry you are having to deal with that. Take good notes so your lawyer can point out how uncooperative she is. Try to get records of conversations like this. Buy a phone tap or restrict communication to written.

Great idea above!!! RECORD EVERY phone conversation you have with your wife. No spy shit, just tell her that you are recording the conversations you have EACH TIME you talk with her. Have every bit of evidence you guys talk about and how SHE keeps saying "Not today" "Just because" "It's not a good time" blah blah blah... Do it bro. Ask your lawyer first.

It's not over, she'll do more. Get the thing tomorrow and do it. Answering machines have that option. A $40 machine might have it. doit.

Get a huge calendar and write down EVERYTHING, missed dates for visitations, missed calls, cancellations... no one said it was going to be easy. Do it. Again, ask your lawyer. worked for me although it seemed like it was gonna be horrible for a very long time, it only lasted about 3 months. Now, he is nicer to me then when we were married. She more than likely has people putting a lot of shit into her head. Hopefully she realizes that she is not only hurting you but the kid too.
