I have a V1 and it has saved me many times.
seen asshole trying to blow by me and then I see the V1 light up and I just smile as I slow down and pull in behind some big truck and watch the other dude get nailed.

love it - except that cheaper detectors will also set off the V1 - pisses me off. esp minivans with them.

it is the best one yes - although this will bring about all sorts of arguments.
it is expensive, but awesome.
they have a website and you can only get them from there or buy them off of ebay.

I got a cheap one I bought off my friend, it does the same job...I dont see how a valentine one can be any better.

The best thing to get is a cheap radar/lazer detector and a radar/lazer jammer. That way u have some warning and can slow down, if not, you still have the jammer to save you...All for which will cost u less than the V1. Also, i dont see paying 4x the price of a regular detector when the V1 only works 50% better than a regular one. If im gonna pay 400 for a thing i want it to work flawless..

i have only got pulled over once and i think it was a nightmare for the guy, i didn't know what "registration for the car" was, couldn't find my liscence so ended up climbing all the way to the back of my SUV, answered my phone in the middle of this. it was amusing by the time i found everything he wanted he just looked at my liscence and let me go he was so tired of me. Spoken like a true man that knows next to nothing about jammers or detectors, or how they work, why they work and why some fail. But hey to each is own.

Then consider that if it saves you from 2 speeding tickets it will have more then paid for itself.

Consider the ticket costs, court costs, and insurance premiums, not to mention time wasted and aggrivation.
