its an age old argument QT..same thing with squatting below parallel..can make people do what they dont want to do..for those of us that do em we'll reap the benefits :)

what in the world do you think it does to a woman to make her less curvy? it builds butt and hamstrings and makes some nice back muscle.
 
superqt- i started with 100 for 5 reps; 140 for 3 reps; 180 for 1 rep; 200 for 1; 220 for 1; 230 for 1 ; and then 240 for 1; could have done more but decided to stop there didnt want to be at the gym all night - we got a late start and still had yet to get back and get food in my tummy.
Next week is defintly going to be exciting im anxious for it to come.

And if anything I think my body is starting to look sexxier - working out is really starting to pay off. Cant upload pics yet so cant show anyone.

rest i had at least 4 to 5 minutes - devastation was doing his things else where and i always wait for him to do anything.
