when your on a cutting diet is it a yes or no??
can I have some fat free cottage cheese or low fat cheese??
 
I can cut and remain shredded eating dairy, others say they cannot.

Cheese has >1g carb (Lactose) per 8g protein.
Cottage is a little higher but nothing to worry about, be careful of additives in no fat cottage, trader joes sells good no fat cheese and cottage, nothing added.
 
I am a dairy eating mofo but it makes me look to smooth. So when I am trying to get crispy, I cut dairy products and switch to pure protein sources i.e. chicken, fish, egg white powder. I have been wondering if it would be ok to add lactose free whey?
