What are your daily supplements on and off cycle?

What supplements do you think are essential for lifting and making gains wether it's losing fat or gaining muscle and overall general health.
 
I like to keep it simple, vitamin c, vitamin e, high strength cod liver oil, creatine and whey protein (also diet is very, very clean with loads of unrefined slow release carbs meat veg and salad, I'll also drink 6-10 cups green tea daily)) , If I'm on a blast may add taurine vitamin b6, agnus castus and/or milk thistle depending on what I'm using and how I feel...
