Daily Cycle Update..................

I am going to post a diary of my current cycle. It will hopefully help those that want to do a similar cycle & also help me stick to the routine. MODS PLEASE DON’T LOCK THIS THREAD.

- Weeks 1-8: 250mg Sustanone EOD.
- Weeks 1-8: 400mg Decca Durabolin/week.
- Weeks1-5: Russian Dianabol from 50mg/day to 5mg/day.

Will be using 20mg nolvadex EOD. I will consume 5500 kcals every day along with 420g of protein. Training each body part once a week, very intensely. I will end cycle using appropriate post-cycle therapy.

This is my 3rd cycle. I am 6,4" and weigh 210lbs with 8% BF.

- Bench Press: 130kg x 1 rep.
- Shoulder Press: 80kg x 6 reps.
- Standing EZ Curl: 70kg x 3.
- Wide grip lat pull-down: 115kg x 3 reps.
- Leg Press: 280kg x 4 reps.

The lifts are my highest ever.
 
WEEK 2, MONDAY:

Weight up by 6lbs.

Did Chest today. Managed to bench press 130kg X 3 reps.

Most of the 6lbs is probably water. Even the nolva is not enough to help against it. Unfortunately I don’t have enough to up the dosage. Oh well that’s another summer I’m going to have to be a fat ass. I guess I should bulk in winter. Next time.

I forgot to add that I am also using propecia & regain for hair-loss since I am prone to it.
 
WEEK 3, MONDAY

Well its been 2 weeks now & ive added a total of 8lbs of weight.

My bench did not increase today - I dont know why. The d-bol isnt having the effect I thought it would.

My lifts so far are:

- Bench Press: 130kg x 3 rep.
- Shoulder Press: 90kg x 2 reps.
- Standing EZ Curl: 70kg x 4.
- Wide grip lat pull-down: 115kg x 3 reps.
- Leg Press: 290kg x 4 reps.
 
WEEK 4, MONDAY

Weight has actually dropped by 5lbs this week - probabaly because I was ill for the past 4 days. I made no strength gains last week. I hope that the sustanon will kick-in this week and I can make some serious gains. Still eating around 5500kcals per day and 420g or protein.

When do you guys think I should start seeing some king of gains?

My lifts so far are:

- Bench Press: 130kg x 3 rep.
- Shoulder Press: 90kg x 2 reps.
- Standing EZ Curl: 70kg x 5.
- Wide grip lat pull-down: 115kg x 3 reps.
- Leg Press: 290kg x 4 reps.
 
WEEK 5, MONDAY

Weight has gone up by 3lbs this week. I actually look as if I am holding less water than before.

I have noticed some decent strength gains this week - hopefully this is just the start.

My lifts so far are:

- Bench Press: 132.5kg x 3 rep.
- Shoulder Press: 90kg x 4 reps.
- Standing EZ Curl: 75kg x 2.
- Wide grip lat pull-down: 115kg x 5 reps.
- Leg Press: 290kg x 7 reps.
 
WEEK 6, MONDAY

Weight Up by 1 lb only.

Cained strength in some lifts, not as much as I expected.

Developed a elbow-joint injury doing french presses for triceps. It has still not recovered.

My lifts so far are:

- Bench Press: 135kg x 3 rep.
- Shoulder Press: 92.4kg x 3 reps.
- Standing EZ Curl: 75kg x 2.
- Wide grip lat pull-down: 115kg x 5 reps.
- Leg Press: 300kg x 5 reps.
 
WEEK 7, MONDAY

Weight down by 3lbs.

Felt really week in gym. Loss of strength in some lifts.



My lifts so far are:

- Bench Press: 135kg x 1 rep.
- Shoulder Press: 92.4kg x 2 reps.
- Standing EZ Curl: 75kg x 1.
- Wide grip lat pull-down: 115kg x 4 reps.
- Leg Press: 300kg x 3 reps.
