Daily Calories & SARMs

What is the lowest you guys can take your calories on SARMs while maintaining strength and lbm?

Currently I maintain 2000 calories with nearly a perfect 40/40/20 split. I use my carbs to fluctuate the my calorie intake so my protein and carb macros change slightly throughout a cut. This usually gives me a solid 1 pound loss per week after the first two weeks. This may seem low for some people but keep in mind I sit at a computer desk all day and the only real movement I get is my 1 hour at the gym, 5 days a week.

Anyways, I'm curious what you guys get away with. I know patience it the key to cutting, but I'll admit I am anxious.

Lol well I guess this isn't a popular topic here. Just curious how low on calories you guys get away with while doing SARMs.

Depends on your size post your stats

Well I'm just curious as what everyone else gets away with. But I throw my stats up for the hell of it.

6'0" 215 lbs, ~195-200 lbm

On a cut I'm at 2000 calories/day at 40/40/20 split between 6 meals, 3 shakes and every meal I do 1 cup greens. I can get away with as low as 1750 calories about 50/30/20 split. If I maintain that too long I start crashing and strength goes down dramatically. Food sources come mostly from chicken, rice, and greens. I do it this way so I can prep in bulk because I don't have time to cook every night.

Workouts are mon-fri, every body part once always as heavy as I can lift. Basic old school workouts with variations thrown in every couple weeks. Saturdays I do cardio for 45mins to an hour just for cardiovascular health.

That's about it, I can throw my exact meal plan down if it'll help.
