Hey bros,

First let me state that I have researched past posts extensively but would like a more personalized response.

Stats:
Been lifting for approx 5 years w 2 cycles within the last 2 years. (Due to lack of knowledge back then, I've since lost any gains) I'm 194lbs 6' and looking to put on some quality lbs....not too concerned about gettin overly huge (yet!)
Ive got 50mg of Ref-b and am looking for suggestions on what to add for some quality / little H2O retention. Like I said, I've read past posts but figured I'd try a new thread. What do ya'll think...I'm thinkin either Winny, EQ, Primo. etc...any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.

primo is good i say 300-400mgs.....take deca if you cna at 300-400mgs or eq at 300-400mgs and if you take test in there with the other juice the cycle well be a lot better
 
I'm taking a Deca/Dbol/Winny cycle right now... I've been pleased so far and it's only been a week....
 
I would say Ref-Equi-Winny stack, that's going to be a perfect stack in my opinion with less water retention
 
Eq or Deca with Test should be a great combo with the D-Bol. You could try this
D-Bol at 30-35mg/day for weeks 1-5
Test at 500-600mg/week for weeks 1-10
Deca/Eq at 400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Start Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot. E-Mail or PM me if you have any questions. Good Luck!

I really appreciate all the response...I know the topic has been covered before but it's nice to get a little personal response...which, by the way...to all the other newcomers to this board...that's what makes this board stand out above the rest....much input...little B.S!!

So here's the final tally...any final adjustments before I make my move?

Ref-B @ 20-25 mg/day weeks 1-10
Sus250 wks 4-10
Deca 300 weeks 4-10

Clen weeks 8-15 ed
Clomid week 13-15...(300)100ed/50ed/50eod

ANY input is (as always) greatly appreciated....can't wait to GET ON again!!

Yes, go with the eq or the deca...I have had good results with both.......first cycle was d-bol and deca and put on 35 lbs............wish they were all like that!
 
I'd estimate the end result will be the same about 2 months after you finish. Deca will bloat you during the cycle though where Equipoise won't. Deca is also reputed to heal hurt joints - never medically proven but I'd swear my life on it as it was 100% responsible for healing a shoulder of mine. Choice is yours and you won't go wrong with either.

Hey, a new thought....any way I could work some Winny in here to tighten up or just wait for the Clen?

I prefer to go the lower h2o retention route...should i go w/ eq or deca+winny? (or should i stick / the original plan and wait for the clen @ the end?:confused:
