D bol, test e, eq and oral tren cycle... need help

Alright guys I'm 24 years old. I'm 5 7 weight is 185 pounds at about 5% body fat. I'm planning to run a 12 week cycle. My plans with this cycle is to put on around 10 pounds of solid muscle. The diet is going to be spot on. So the plan is as goes:

Weeks 1-4 D bol at 20mg per day
Weeks 1-10 Eq at 400 per week
Weeks 1-12 Test e at only 250ml per week
Weeks 8-12 Oral tren at 1 to 2 pills per day.

PCT: testosterone recovery stack along with nolva

I will also be doing sustain alpha throughout the cycle at 3 day on and 3 days off

I also have milk thistle, b-6 and some letro just in case, and a couple other things i can't remember off the top of my head.

Now I know that the test is low but I only have it there to keep me working right. Plus I have gotten good results at that dose, I react really well to test, plus I want as little bloat as possible. Plus I'm not trying to put on an insane amount of muscle right away. I just want that hard vascular look once I diet down. Now any help would be highly helpful
 
Why not run the eq all 12 weeks?
 
I dont get why people make sure their diet is spot on once they start a cycle, why dont you get it spot on before the cycle and see what happens naturally, just my opinion.
 
my diet is spot on all year round, and i got up to 195 during the winter naturally, and then i cut down. But now i'm trying to add a solid 10 pounds. And i would like to run the eq for 12 weeks but wouldn't that mean that i have to run the test for 14 weeks?

No? Most people say you dont even feel the eq till week 10...
 
alright so can someone lay me out the best possible way of running this. the oral tren because it was what i could get for the moment.
 
Its trenabol, and the results with it are suppose to be amazing? I just want someone to tell me if the cycle seems ok with the oral tren

The choice of AAS and doses are fine. With the exception of the tren. Which is crap. But i guess run it if you have it. You need to have dostinex on hand for any nandrolone related side effects. You also do not want to use nolvadex with a nandrolone AAS. it can actually cause gyno.
You wont really get much from EQ at the length you plan to run it. Run the EQ 14-16 weeks as it doesnt really get going til around 8-9 weeks.
As far as oral tren giving you "amazing results", I wouldnt hold my breath.
 
ok another question, is it absolutely needed to run the test e two weeks longer than the eq? or can they both be stopped at the same time? and if i'm not mistaken pct should be run two weeks after the last shot of test e, due to the long ester. Is this the right approach?
 
Methyl-tren is highly toxic. Some people have reported it to be VERY powerful though and it comes in mcg measurements, not even mg's.

The pro-hormone "tren" can help lean you out, make you more vascular, etc. Try to stretch out your EQ run to at least 12 weeks I'd say. Of course, 14-16 is better. But I had good results with only 12 weeks myself.
