d-bol question -- when/how often?

Hi,

My next cycle includes d-bol 15mg/day. Is there a best way to split this up? Should I take a dose right before or after I train?

Dbol should be split throughout the day - I'd say 5mg 3 times ed. This is because it has a short half life and you would want to keep the active levels stable as much as you can.
 
Please do your research bro. Next cycle?? What have you ran before this? This question is some what basic and should be known already. I'm not flaming, I'm just concerned that you might not know exactly what you're doing. Again, please make sure you know as much as you can before doing anything. (That can be applied to everything in life ;) lol

With all that said, I would take at least 20mg ed. 15 in my opinion is too low. I was taking 25 when I used dbol, gave great pumps. I took 10mg before workout, always felt as if it gave me a ton of energy and that's great before you work out.

Another way to do d-bol is to take em all at once, about an hour before the workout, then the liver and kidneys dont suffer all day long, the natural testosterone production is LESS likely to shut down as its only affected for a couple of hours a day, and the main time for growing is seen as being the three hours after training.
Also, do alot more d-bol.
Ive just ran some with a course, at 50mg ed, but its not enough:(
May bump it up to 100mg

Yeah, ignore everything everyone else has said because this guy obviously is a genius & knows what he is talking about!:rolleyes: Why stop at 100mg, hell see if you can hit a gram! As long as you take them all at once, you wont have any problems & your natural t-levels will never drop. Maybe I'll use 100mg in the AM for my next bridge! :FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol:
 
I use dbol at 20mg along w/ test cyp on the cycle I'm on now. I noticed that if I take any anytime before bed time, it keeps me up. This was a pain because I need all the sleep time I can get. To avoid this I take 2 tabs in the morning w/ a meal and 2 about lunchtime. I either work out between doses or shortly after the second dose. Some may disagree, but this works best for me.
 
OK, so the general consensus seems to be that it is best to split the d-bol up into three doses throughout the day. If I work-out at 4PM, would it be OK to take the d-bol at 9AM, 1PM, 5PM?

That will work, but you want to take more than one at the same time.....better effects that are more noticable...I've tried it both ways and this works best for me. If you are going to take it at three different times then take 30mg ed instead of 15-20mg.
 
I would throw something else in with it like some eq or test. You are going to lose almost all you gain with just the dbol alone and up the dose to 25 or 30 mg's a day split up into 2 or 3 doses.
 
If this is a first cycle, you can do 15 mg's a day...i did a 10 weeker atg 15 mgs a day and i had good gains, minimal to no water retenmtion and i kept most of my gains.....i did my 15 all in the a.m. when i got up...

Brother iron who the fuck do you think you are saying i dont know my stuff, do you have a Phd in Endocrineology? I certianly doubt it. You have no idea how much research i have done. You cleary need to do more yourself if you think 50mg is not enough.

But thats alot for a newbie, my friend who has been a marathon runner/ iron man participant just started on 4 dbol/day, 1 tab every 5 hours. He is up 8 pounds in the first week. He actually got some mesquito bit muscle now, instead of being the human skeleton.

Start with a lower dose and if you dont get the effect that you want, up the dosage. Everyone is different. What the gyno.

If you have researched anything, you'll have recently seen the studies proving that taking d-bol all at once was far less likely to shut down natural testosterone production. Also having a very liver toxic drug passing through the liver once is obviously better than it being churned up constantly, as the new research suggests.
And no i dont have a PhD, just a BSc and MSc, but a friend of mine has a Phd in Pharmacology, and Bio chemistry so i think im pretty well informed, along with the doctor i work with.
Dont be so scared of being different, theres too many sheep in the bodybuilding sport, and that gets you only as far as everyone else goes.

Thanks to everyone who posted. In answer to a few questions, this is my second cycle, but my first using d-bol. I will be combining the d-bol with deca, so it is not a d-bol only cycle, but as a relative newbie, I think I am going to stick to 15-20mg of d-bol per day, for now.

I really appreciate the high response, but my main point of confusion still lingers: If I split the dose, how many hours before/after working out should I take the d-bol? If I work out at 4PM, when should I take my midday dose?

Like Pure Extract says - half life for Dbol is 3.5 - 5 Hrs. this means that if you take your midday dose at "midday", half the active compound is already blown south by 4pm workout.

Either delay midday dose till around 3pm then last dose around 7-8pm or bring midday dose forward to 11am then run last dose at say 3.30 pm
 
sorry, I missed pure extract's second post.
I'm a night owl, so I think I'll move the midday and evening doses later in the day as you both suggest, which means I'll end up with doses at 9AM, 2-3PM, 7PM. thanks.
