d/bol naps

hey, i only weigh 135lbs. do yall think 25mgs of d/bol for the first 3 weeks of my cycle should jump start it pretty good? Can anybody tell me how good naps are? :)
 
Dude- My first cycle was d-bol at 25mg throughout the day and I gained about 12 pound in about two months. But when I got off I lost most of it. I would stack it with deca or something. Just my 2 cents:alien:
 
yeah its a bulking cycle. i'm only going to use 1cc of t-400 which is 400mgs for 8 weeks. since i am so small do u think i could gain around 15-25 pounds out of this cycle. i'm going to take in around 3,000-4,000 cals per day and 200-300 grams of protein.
 
Though you only 135lbs you can still add about 10lbs if you eat right and work your ass off and have a good stack cycle. When I start my first cycle I was 134lbs at the end of the cycle I was up to 152 which was only a d-bol cycle for 8 weeks. Just my 2 cents:alien:
 
Bro, how about giving us some stats... and KillerLoop is right, unless you're 4' tall you can probably put on a good 10 - 15lbs without gear.
 
i'm 5'6 135lbs and have a good build for my size. i have been trying to gain weight for a year by eating 4,000-5,000 cals per day. i'm a very hard gainer and i need something to give me a boast. what do yall think about this:

week 1-4 25mgs d/bol
week 1-8 t-400 400mgs
 
How old are you? How long have you been training? How many days a week do you train? What does your workout split look like? If all of these questions are answered right, its still not time to juice. It seems pretty obvious to me. If you can't gain weight on 4000-5000 calories, then you need to eat 6000 calories. Help us help you ;)

Ok, well you are going to need copious amounts of anti-estrogens. Arimidex, nolvadex and have some HCG and clomid for after cycle.

Prepare to kiss your Nabs away on this cycle, its a lot of test bro.
 
Forget the damn calories!! If you are wanting to put on more weight pile on ther carbs. How many are you taking in daily? If you are trying to put on weight you need around 400 if you only weigh 135. You can't help but to put on weight then.
 
hey, i'm 20 years old. Do u think that is too much test for me. maybe i should only do about 200-300mgs then. tell me what you think? I have tried to eat 6,000 cals per day but that is really hard man. have you ever tried to do that. thats alot of shit to eat and when you work all day you just don't have time to eat that much. i would like some good advice on a weak cycle i could do with d/bol and t-40 to help me put on around 20 pounds. thanks alot all for the advice so far. keep it coming.

135 lbs. dude you are a stick. You need to train for a while before you try juice. I bet you don't keep a bit of it. You need to get closer to your natural peak before you try this. I'm not trying to be rude but dude talking about trying the easy way. There ain't nothing easy about putting muscle on not even with juice.
 
yes take clomid after the cycle...wait a week then take the clomid...dont be in a rush to take juice and get huge take it easy bro....train good rest good and eat good...
 
your ass nobody @ 135 has a good build. Your full of shit on eating 5000 calories also. I would love to see you eat 5000 calories. I'm 245 and me eating 5000 calories of good food would be very difficult. FULL OF SHIT.
 
dude i'm not a stick. i'm only 5'6 at the most. prob 5'4 or 5'3. i have trained my a** off for years. i just don't have the genetics like all of yall. I'm not that lucky.
 
dude thats bullshit. i drink 3 shakes a day of gainer fuel 2,000. that means it has 2,000 cals in each drink so that is already 6,000 cals not even counting what i eat. for breakfast 4 eggs 4 bacon and toast. lunch 2 chicken breast and side orders, and super most of the time some more chicken or tuna. i have been eating the shame shit for a year at least. i was only 120 but i haven't gain anymore weight in about 6 months. i have been eating like this for about 2 years now.

I have a minor in nutrition so retard I do know a bit about what I am talking about. If you would like to explain to me now your reasoning on it being good I would love to hear that bullshit. If you would like to know a bit more about what I am talking about get a book on glycemic indexes and get back to me. Don't try to match wits with someone on something you know nothing about. How many guys on this board (that you might want to look like) do you think drink gainers fuel? For gods sake ask for help don't act like you know when you don't. To answer your original question, Yes the naps are great. I was in love with them for a long time. My new love is pink in color and has a fancy "T" on it.
 
What is up with all the newbies???!!! Seriously if you have trained and have been eating then blast away! If this is your first cycle then it would be wise to blast the receptors. I am sure there are going to be a million jerks complaining about this advice, but it works. You will only EVER HAVE ONE FIRST CYCLE!!!!!! Make it count. You could easily gain 25-35 pounds if you do it right. Continue to eat tons of food and shakes. Train like an animal and SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP!!! You grow when you sleep so make sure you get sleep! As far as gear try this: Take the d-bol at 6 a day for 6 weeks. That will give you a good jump before the test kicks in. As far as T-400, Front load. Take 2 to 2.5 cc' the first week and then go down to 1.5 -2 cc's a week. run it at this for 7 weeks. I personally like to taper test. So for week 9 and 10 you can taper down even more. Like 1 cc for week 9 and .5 cc's for week 10. One week after the last injection start taking two Clomids a day for two weeks then one clomid ever day for the third week. I would add some deca or eq to the cycle, but that is up to you. If you do try 300-400 a week of either. Run it for 8 weeks. This is a good solid cycle that will put some good size on you. I hear the board screaming already!!! They are saying "1000mgs of test!!!???" Trust me! It is not 1000 mgs of test unless it is as single ester like T-200 or Primotest. Taking T-400 or Aratest or Sust/omna is having different esters that release at different times. That is why taking one amp of sust/omna a day is a great way of taking it. Remember eat, lift and sleep!!!! Try it you won't be sorry!!! Let the flames begin!!!!

dude i only drank gainers fuel so i could get a few more cals in my diet. i'm not drinking it while i'm on gear. so your telling gainers fuel does nothing for me. it doesn't even put a few extra cals in my diet.
