that was my 1st cycle and i kept a solid 10 lbs. ran 8 weeks and did 25mg/day proviron and finished with clomid. Fina will shut your hpta down hard tho so you might want to add 2-300mg/week of test to counter. Some guys don't need test but it seems most do.
