D-bol dosage

I'm including 20mg of d-bol ED for first 4 weeks with 500mg sust per week for 10 weeks in my next cycle. This will be my first experience with d-bol. How should the dosages be split up throughout the day?
 
I like AM, pre workout, and PM. And 20 mg dbol is too low IMO. I don't get anything from less 50 mgs, but that's me. What are your stats?

Second cycle. 6'1 210lbs 12%bf 24yrs. I had good results from my last cycle of only sust: 500mg/week. I also plan on taking
.25-.5mg of l-dex ED throughout.

Anyone else think 20mg is too low for second cycle??

For a second cycle, 20mg dbol per day is fine IMO, because dbol is just for kickstarting until the sus kicks in around week 3-4. I'm actually on the same cycle as you now and I'm running 20mg dbol per day but I might take it up to 30mg per day which is sufficient, works for me anyway.

Since its your first time on dbol, I really think you'll feel something at 20mg per day. The dbol kicks in around 10 days!!

Personally, IMO 20mg is not enough for good front loading. I would suggest at least 40mg/day and run it for the 4 weeks. This will give you a good strength increase b4 ur sus kicks in at end of week 3.

20mg is plenty. i get gains from 15mg and have used thai dbol many times
 
Hmmm....on my last cycle I tried 30 mgs. of dbol split twice a day at 15 mgs. and didn't notice anything from it. The dbol came from a very reliable source. I was also doing test/eq. If I try it again, I think I'll give 50 mgs. a try but probably not since it just seems like taking dbol is a matter of impatience until the other gear kicks in.
 
I never do less than 25mgED that allows me to take 5 5mg tabs throught the day & keep my levels a bit more steady. I prefer to run between 40 & 50 though, anything over 50 & I get nose bleeds, headaches & get grumpy as hell.
 
20mg a day is fine for your first time with dbol. Thats what I used and I got great results. My friend used 15mg and blew up. Then you up the dose 10mg a cycle and you have somthing to look foward to in the future.
 
20 mg is fine. I've read time and time again that Arnold never went over 45mg a day, and that in the early 70's 10-15mg a day was the normal dose. I've had great success on starting with15mg a day and building up to 25 in a single daily dose. Guys who say they have never gotten anything from d-bol under 50mg make me suspect they have been buying methlytest sold as d-bol.

Well' that's you. And you big. Do you honestly think the average builder is going to need 50mg a day. I find a 30mg single dose gives me such back pumps that I can only stand to be on it a few weeks. I cut my deadlifting back to every other week becasue the pumps are unreal. Maybe I just have sensitive receptors to D-bol. I know I have to use a lot more test then some people do to get decent results with it.
What's your 3 lift total? Just curious, not competetive because mine's not very good.
 
I don't think he'd need 50, but I don't think there'd be anything wrong with 50 for him. 35 or so should do nicely.
 
I hear alot of guys complain about the lower back pumps from squats and deads at high dosages, do you get these pains while working out or the next day? I have never went over 25mg/day and have never had any lower back issues while working out, only lower back soreness the next day, a little worse than usual.
 
Id say go with 30-40 mgs a day. I dont think 20 is going to do all that much for you. Ive used d-bol at many doses before and I didnt notice a difference between 40 mgs and 50 mgs but realized a huge difference between 20 and 35 mgs. If you decide to use a high dose watch your blood pressure nothing elevates mine like d-bol!!

While working out. Also while walking my dogs. It's not like an injury, just super pumped. Lower back and calves would get painfully pumped while walking the hounds. The days I did'nt deadlift I would do GM's instead.
 
This kind of got a little off the origional topic. How would you split the dosages up throughout the day. I'm going to do 20mg since it's my first experience with d-bol. It sounds like everyone's different when it comes to how much works well for them. If 20mg doesn't work well this time, then I'll bump it up next time.
 
im doing the pink ones with the snake on them and ill do 1 at 5am and go train then another at 10am after alittle food and 1 more at 1pm and another at 4pm and this is working well for me,ive been on them 8 days and starting feeling it yesterday,great pump and better recupe
