750mg of sust per week and 30mg ed of dbol should be enough for some one youre size imo

i figured english wasn't your first language, but im always willing to help someone from Israel. 
How many cycles have you run before? 30mg ed is a good beginning dose for dbol but you could bump it up if needed. for me, sust hurt for the first couple of injections then stopped after that.

but now i want to tell every body who read this and want to make good cycle with good result
dont be like mew i bought sustanon and d-bol and i was taking low dosage
its waist of mony like my friend say
take at least 750 mg per week(3 amp)
and at least 4-5 d-bol then you will see good result and do it for about 10-12 weeks
if you wont take this dosage its waist of mony so any way i started high dosage and ill start finally to feel the gear
