D-Bol 1st timer

Hey guys, so i have been reading forums, and researching for about 4 months, and altho i dont know anything about any other gear, i have learned alot about d-bol. I have some reliable russian dbol but wanted to get some advice before i start up. I am planning a dbol only cycle 4weeks, yes i know what most of you are going to say, save it, im not ready for injections, and this is the cycle im choosing.

Ok my stats quickly

Height : 5''5
Weight : 127.5 lbs
Body Fat: 11 %


I'm a small guy, but i have a killer-great work out regime, and awesome nutritional intake.

3 questions

1. for someone of my size, should my dosage be lower, would 20mgs a day be sufficient? (4 doses of 5mgs)

2. should i only start using anti-e if it becomes neccesary? or through-out? or post cycle? (many varying opinions)


3. POst cycle, if my workout regime is strong, and i take some lean mass weight gainers, and cre... how much of my gained mass can i expect to loose?

why would i bother doing that? i need honest feedback.... those are my stats.. im 24, do weights 4 times a week, abs daily, and cardio 3 times a week (squash, swimming, running).. i monitor my protien carb fat intakes to maximize feeding my mucles.. so no im not lying..
 
Honestly this is what I would expect to happen:

10-15 lbs weight gain at best.

Maybe 6-10 lbs or so water. Roughly 1-2 pounds of fat that you may confuse for muscle. Maybe 3-5 lbs muscle.

You can expect to keep virtually nothing but some of the muscle after 6 months.

The good news is that it should not expire for quite a bit, please consider stashing it and using it with some test after a few more years of serious diet and training.

My honest opinion, not being cynical, this is the best advice I can give you.

Most people who consider this type of cycle tend to be roughly 15-16 and risk serious health complications from usage. If you are in this category then please send it back from whenst it came.
 
Only 127 lbs? If you nutrition and workout regime is as awesome as u say then u dont need dbol. You have alot of natural growing to do. In my estimation at least 50lbs.

Well if you have dbols, you going to swallow them so
Swallow your dbol's and be happy...

But I agree with guardian , that you need to eat more. If you're 5'5 and 127lb's and 11% bodyfat then your diet AND exercise BOTH need work. I can't get any plainer then that.
But then again most of these vets that have given you shit about your diet have bad diets themselves and just use tren anyway...

But take the dbols at the dosage you have researched and you might wanna have some novaldex or arimidex handy

If that were true, you would not be 127 lbs. That is tiny. If you can't get bigger than that, your diet needs a serious addition of calories.


And 4 weeks of dbol won't help all that much. If you really are going to run dbol only, run it for 6 weeks, not 4. It will allow for another 2 weeks of strength and muscular development which, when on dbol, can be significant.
