hey guys need some help !!been training and doing cardio for 2 years now and have lost 80 lbs so far !!!
that good for me but i need 2 lose 30 more for a oct 31 weigh in for a job requirement .lets leave it at that .some very well respected trainer and bodybuilder in my area has given mme some advice on diet and training for this last push that i have to make .I have done clem in the past alittle
it hurts joints alot .he told me cytomel and proper diet could get me to my goal .please give me any info you might have on this subject.thanks for your help guys .
 
You have a month and a half. Get you some Trex from the AF store and do cardio ED in the mornings before eating and you should hit that goal no problem.

i donno 30 lbs is alot in a month and a half
id use cytomel

and a lot of cardio and a low calorie diet

Easy killer. I'm just realistic. I'm an expert on making changes on a person's physique and dealing with physiology. It is humanly impossible to lose that much fat in 6 weeks. You can drop 20 lbs of water and 10 lbs of fat, but that's dependent upon the fact that you're holding 20 lbs of water to begin with. Unlikely. It's very impressive how much you've lost so far and I respect you for that. Don't open your mouth so soon. I'm not trying to discourage you from achieving your goals. Just giving you some advice to keep your goals realistic.
 
sorry bro i am little on edge !!!broke my ass for almost 2 years 2 change my life around and get this job and i passed everything -the investigation all the medicals
and now 2 weeks before i am supposed 2 go in academy -this one Doc wants me on his old ass height /weight chart .does not care about bmi or muscle or anything -just the scale .I want the job i will do the best i can .i am almost 40 and have the next 6 weeks off from work now -just to train and eat right
 
Back in my Wrestling days, I used to be able to lose that kind of weight without any kind of drugs to help! I once cut 35lbs(165 to 130) in only 8 weeks, and I was very lean @ 165! Point is Bro; it can be done but it's gonna cost you muscle and strength and health.

Start busting your ass for the first 4 weeks doing cardio. Then the last couple of weeks before weigh ins, you're gonna have to get brutal on yourself! Rubber suits and saunas, no salt, that kind of shit. And speaking of shit, get it all out of you the day before weighing in. Again this isn't the healthy way, but desperate times call for desperate measures! Stay safe Bro!

that might work for a teenage wrestler-with a super hi-metabolism already-but for someone at almost 40 ---their metabolism has siginifcantly slowed down and may need help of dietary stimulants

well i got hold of some ephedra and i am having 4 cups of black coffee a day and keeping my calories around 1200 a day and it seems to be working so far .I feek weak but what can i do its only for 6 weeks .
