So I just received a legit prescrip for Cytomel. To maximize the potential as a fat burner, what over the counter supp can I stack this with...Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel, Beta Lean, etc...Or are these a waste of time and I should look into clen?

The suggested dosage for the Cytomel is 25 mcg daily. The plan is to do this for about 5 days then increase to 50 for a few. I am also currently on androgel (I know it's way weak, but the endo has me on 3 packs a day).
I have a problem dropping fat regardless of how I train or adjust my diet.

Clen is cool, but an ECA like Xenadrine will work well too. High ECA doses produce similar results to Clen. However I couldn't tell you if the sides are worse than clen or vice versa. This is just anecdotal info from the board. I haven't used clen, but have gotten great results from good diet and ECA

Cytomel is only catabolic if taken in very high dosages, If you stick to 1 tab/day max then your ok. You could add some clen to help burn fat too.

There is so much missinformation going aroud about cytomel. I have done cycles as high as 80mcg per day with nothing else and lost no muscle, only fat. You can safely do a cycle of 20-40mcg easily without loosing any muscle and aiding in fat loss. This should work really well with a Atkins type diet. You will loose tons of fat in a matter of 6 weeks.
