cytomel and t4

no point in using both really. The limiting reaction is that of the T4 --> T3 conversion. You'll never want to go over 100mcg per day of t3 anyway (or you'll get hypothyroid), and at this dosage the t4 won't be limited... you'll have more than enough t4. Although you could say that it probably wouldn't hurt, the thyroid is something you never wanna fuck up...unlike your testicles, it is very easy to turn your thyroid gland off FOREVER.

The one thing I did find that is nice is that while using T-3 and no AS the was some muslce loss, which is normal, plus a raise in BMR.
But with just T-4 there was no real muscle loss, and it raised the BMR as well.
I noticed that both burned fat, but only one didn't eat any muscle. Now this was just in me. But also while I was on T-4 I was still doing high amount of protien. Where when I was on T-3 I was not.
Thing is. Will T-3 and high protien intake, keep your muscle or will it still be eaten away??
