Has anyone used this,I was directed towards this for bulking.

Yeah it's one of the best weightgainers out there. Unlike previous weightgainers it isn't full of sugar. Out of like 85 carbs only 5 is sugar. Another good one is Universal Nutrition's "Real Gains"; it uses the same concept but has flaxoil and MCT's thrown in which I think are the most overlooked things for building muscle.

Thanks bro,I think I'll be switching after I'm done with my regular protien,I'm going from 228 to 232 a couple weeks after a 1-AD cycle,trying to swell up to 250 before the years out.
