Hey, I got a question.

A while back I got this what looked like a pimple on my ballsack. It wasn't a pimple, because the fucker wouldn't pop. It stayed like that for a while, then I got pissed off and tried to pop it (hard). I think I did pop it, because now you can barely see it on the outside. But now it's larger but I can only feel it on the inside of my sack, so it's now internal but larger.

Has any of this ever happened to you?

Go see a Urologist my friend. They know all when it comes down to the male reproductive system. MY guess is that if they (doctor) don't know, they will point you in the direction of someone who9 does. Best of luck.

LMAO at the thought of him being pregnant, but, that led me to the incredibly tasteless and disgusting thought about how big his scrotum would become while carrying the child the full term and how stretched out his sack would be after finally giving birth.
