Cyst and Steroids?

I have just started a cycle. It's test e @750mg week and 20mg d-bol ed. I am having two small cyst removed in two weeks. I was wondering if being on right now will affect how the screening for cancer in the cyst will look? Will me being on steroids somehow make the test come back showing I have cancer when I really don't? I know this is stupid, but I thought I saw it on this board happening to someone.

I would be honest and ask that question of the doctor. He can't do anything to you for telling him you are "on". He'll most likely want you to come back when you are clean, that's all.
