242/5-11 First time. Diets pretty good. No carb following keto diet. Just looking to get leaner. I hate cardio. I started out 255lbs late January. Been lifting on and off for a few years. Just looking for diff ideas
He obviously has never done this before. Telling him to run twice what will work great without giving him a PCT is irresponsible. We don't even have an idea of bodyfat for him. He could be 22% for all we know and that 500mg could send his blood pressure through the roof.
your body fat is around 20% give or take 1 .. don't see much muscle on your frame, some development in your shoulders and pecs. but nothing to show you are really dedicated.
how bout dedicating yourself for the next few months and then worrying about juicing if this is what you want to do. otherwise its pointless.
Need help! Got till June 23rd to look good with my shirt off. Is there enough time or should I just throw in the towel? Hahaha! Should I just cut out carbs completely??
