A dude on steroid.com said it helped with his gyno, but he was using other stuff too...some other people said it was working for them though...

2 girls I know said it got them leaner and less bloated (1 is in contest prep mode, the other isn't even working out), and everyone is saying it's helping their mood.

For me, it got rid of some bloat, and improved my joints...which usually hurt.
