Cycling Winstrol

I'm 23 years old and have been lifting for the past 6 years. I'm 6"1 and weigh about 185 lbs. I checked my body fat % about a month ago, and at the time I was at 10%. I've always been very active in sports, and I started doing mini triathalons about 2 years ago.

I'm going to attempt to do an Iron Man this spring, and decided awhile back I wanted to take a cycle of Winstrol to help me get a little edge. I've been trying to get as much information as possible, and this is what I'm planning on doing. Just wanted to run it by you guys first to make sure its right.

I'm going to take 50 mg/ml of Winstrol Depot daily for an 8 week cycle. I'm going to start the doses at 30 mg/ml for the first 2 weeks, then go to the 50 mg/ml for 4 weeks, and then back down to 30 mg/ml for the last two weeks.

Everywhere I look it seems like 50 mg/ml once a day is the typical dose. I've seen some places that reccommend 100 mg/ml once a day, but I don't want to overdue it. I'm not as sure about the dosage amount week by week as I pyramid. Some people say start with 30, some say 25. If anyone has more info on how I should pyramid Winstrol, and can lay out a 8 week plan that would be helpful.

you need test in there....test prop/winny will be a hell of alot better than winny alone. winstrol binds to SHBG making thtest more active and you will definately be harder and look better IMO

beware tho, winstrol can dry out joints, sometimes crippling users for a few days even after they discontinue use.

I may be running prop/tren/dbol in December for some good size and strength
