ok, i found a website that sells clen. 30 tabs for 25 bucks(u.s.). my questions are:
1. how many should i order?
2. what is the dosage yall recomend?
3. how long do i take it before laying off?
4. can i use it while using an eca or should i use the eca after i stop the clen?

any info is appreciated.

1. how many should i order?

depends on how many mcg they are.

2. what is the dosage yall recomend?

start low to find out how well you tolerate it, generally 120-140mcg is the most you need.....and can handle.

3. how long do i take it before laying off?

2 weeks on 2 weeks off, rinse and repeat as desired.

4. can i use it while using an eca or should i use the eca after i stop the clen?

Use ECA on your weeks off of clen

mcg=micrograms. The usual dosage for a clen tab is 20 mcg per tab.

i know what mcg's are i meant i did'nt know the exact amount, lol. crap forgot to go look at them again. have to do it soon.
