ok bros, this could be a little long (i have a few different questions). first, i'm about to start a cycle (test/eq/winny) in the next few weeks. there's a slight possibility that i'll have to have some surgery mid-way through the cycle. missing workouts won't be a problem (the surgery would be very minor, but just enough to need anesthesia (SP?)), but i don't know if the anesthesia would have any adverse side effects with me being on gear. any help or opinions are more than welcome.
second, i'll start by giving you the specifics of my cycle: test 500mg/wk for 1-12 weeks, eq 600mg/wk for 1-15 weeks and winny 50mg/ed for the last 6 weeks of the cycle. my diet is very clean and ready to go. stats: 5'11", 200lbs, ~9-10% bf. i'm wanting to add a lean 15lbs, possibly 20 if it's feasible, and AT LEAST stay at my current bf or maybe lean out a bit more.
so, on to the questions.......1. would it be more wise to use a bulking diet for weeks 1-12 and more of a maintenance diet with a little extra cardio for the last 3-4 weeks? the idea being to add as much quality muscle as possible for the 12 weeks and then trying to shed a little of the gained bf while maintaining as much muscle as possible. the other option would be a bulking diet the entire cycle, then the maintenance diet with extra cardio. i've done 2 other cycles in the past, but both were done a very long time ago and not with the best of knowledge. up till now my bulking and cutting cycles have consisted of diet alone. because of this i already know how my body responds best for bulking, cutting, and maintenance diets.
next question is about pct's. my original plan was nolvadex 10-15mg/ed for the entire cycle and a 3 week cycle of clomid @ 100mg/ed, but after reading the latest post on the side effects of nolva and letro. i'm not real sure what i should do now. so should i stick with my current pct plan or does someone else have a better idea.
