hi guys being out of the loop for a while now was in really good shape a year ago but with work and shit let my self go big time i need to get bak in to shape need some advice i weigh 216 pounds at the min my goal is 190 in a short space of time last time i was in rally good shape i done the atkins diet with clen and t3 worked a treat but this time i want the perfect beach bod does anyone know a good cycle to start was thinking some thing like
Week Trenbolone Anavar Clenbuterol Winstrol
1 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
2 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day

The cycle you have outlined is going to add muscle weight to you. Tren was developed to put lean muscle on cattle and it will put weight on you however it will also make the most dramatic effect in your physic as far as adding quality lean mass.
