I have lifting weights consistenly for the past 2 1/2 years, and I am looking to do a cycle to gain alot of LBM. I am 5'9 189pounds. I just got done experimenting with juice for my first time. I gained about 9 pounds of lean body mass, and alot of strength with just 800 mg of Deca, spread out over 6 weeks. I would like to get up to about 215 lbs. Right now I am on a low carb diet and taking a little bit of ephedra to try to get as ripped as possible. For my first real cycle I was considering a Deca/sust/winny cycle,with clomid, nolva. Any suggesstions to get me from 189lbs to 215 ?? Thanks...
