Sorry if this was posted on EF before, but I saw it and wanted to post it here. It's probably one of the only good posts I've seen on Tredia, but then again I'm biased. LOL. It was posted by Methyl Mike.

*****TheBaby Newbie bulker***** For either very small people (under 200 pounds) or users with no past A.S experience.

Week 1-8 200mgs Deca week (human grade only)
Week 2-9 400-500mgs test (exact dosage depends on how your test happens to be measured, for example sustanon would give you 500, t-200 would give you 400 etc.)

start clomid/nolavdex week 13


*****The Newbie Bulker*****-For the same people as above except this one is for people over 200 pounds or who have done at least 1 cycle before.

Week 1-9 400mgs deca
Week 2-10 600-750 mgs test
Week 1-6 30-40 mgs Dball ED

*****The Bulker*****. Same as above except,well you get the idea we go up the ladder here up the ladder.

*****The Mega-Bulker*****. This is for very experienced users and your health is an issue here only run this cycle if you are commited to being safe and use the proper liver protetants, drink a lot of water, no alcohol or fried foods etc.

Week 4-10 100mgs anadrol ED
Week 600mgs EQ (Optional)
Week 11-13 60mgs Ox ED This is too help prevent the anadrol crash.

*****Pro cycle*****. No point in doing this much unless you are a competitive BB'er. You can be sure you will get gyno unless you have had the surgery or you aren't prone AT ALL so remember that.

The Cutter Cycles
Cutting is a relatively easy process of dropping calories and increasing aerobic output to push yourself into a caloric deficit and cause your body to burn fat. Problem is they really aren't easy are they? Of course not! Along with the fact that our bodies are EXTREMELY resistant to burning fat we as bodybuilders always want to keep as much muscle as possible, which is next to impossible if your calories are low enough to burn fat. The interesting thing about cutting cycles is they are all different. Maybe you just want to lose some pounds, maybe you want to compete. No 2 cutting cycles are alike. So I am going to provide some blue-prints to give you the reader some good starting points to decide what to run.

*****The Look Good for Summer Cutter*****.

Week 2-9 100mgs test prop EOD
Week 1-8 600mgs EQ week
Week 5-10 50mgs winny ED

Start clomid/nolvadex week 11

Of course you'll want some arimidex here, also you can play around with your EQ dosage some peopel respond well to low doses some don't, you can use Ox instead of winny if you can afford it, run 40-80mgs ED.

*****The Get Ripped to the Bone Cutter*****

Week1-5 100mgs test prop EOD
Week 6-10 200mgs Prop EOD
Week 1-10 600-800mgs EQ week
Week 5-10 50mgs Winny ED
Week 5-10 75 mgs Tren ED

Also clen and T3.

Start clomid/nolvadex week 13

The big change here is the combo of tren and winstrol, these two together will make you very hard, and very cut. AS for the clen and T3 you will want to get outside opinions on these two, there are far more knowledgable people when it comes to these drugs than I.

*****Time to Compete Cutter*****

Week1-5 100mgs test prop EOD
Week 6-11 200mgs Prop EOD
Week 1-10 800-1000mgs EQ week
Week 5-12 100mgs Winny ED
Week 5-12 150 mgs Tren ED
Week 10-12 100mgs Anadrol ED
Week 1-11 Clen and T3
Week 2 and 8 Run 8 days on DNP these 2 weeks to shed fat very quickly, ask around for proper dosage.

Start clomid/nolvadex week 13

This cycle is close to the one above except you have higher doses and it includes DNP. If you're wondering why they are so similar it's because once again you really only have so many drugs to work with and they should be in all cutting cycles. Excpept clen, T3 and DNP of course. The timeline is assuming your show is the saturday of week 12.

*****The Damn I'm Broke Cutter*****

Week 1-8 100mgs test prop EOD
Week 1-3 75mgs homemade tren ED
Week 4-6 150mgs homemade tren ED
Week 7-8 75mgs homemade Tren ED

Start clomid/nolvadex week 9 1/2 or 10

This will get you hard and cut in about 8 weeks and won't cost you very much. Add in some winstrol if you can afford it.



Couple points.

#1 Arimidex isn't listed because it's a GIVEN that you're taking it. From there you just need to figure out your dose. Typicall you need 1mg Eod for every 500mgs test or so.

#2 Have nolvadex on hand from the get-go. When gyno rears it's ugly head, a combo of arimidex/nolvadex can almost always handle it.

#3 I left out G.H and slin. Why? these drugs can be problematic for several reasons, price, health risks involved, so their usage should be on a case-by-case basis.

#4 Ask questions. Anything you don't understand, ask away!

#5 Diet is key. Never forget that. Period.

#6 Your health is the most important thing to you, don't jeapordise it doint something stupid.

#7 Keep cycles as simple as you can, more juice doesnt equate to more muscle. More food, more sleet, more intense training on the other hand does.

#8 Make sure you buy all your gear and pins prior to beginning your cycle. Always remember life is nothing if not unpredictable, you never know what can happen.

#9 Use drugs properly! IN my next FAQ I will discuss the diferent drugs and how to use them, for now just make sure you don't use deca in a cutter, primo in a bulker etc.

#10 You should have some blood work done prior to your first cycle and then every 4 months or so after that. This is the only reliable way to see if there are any problems you might not be aware of before you put these drugs into your body.
