whats the best gear to start with and what kind of cycle.... pretty broad question but i'm a newbie...sorry...

do some research.....use the search function.....test/deca is a good cycle...you could throw in some dbol.....there are a ton of drugs out there....read and then decide what you want to do.....put something together then come back and have it checked out

Disclaimer:you should do your own reasearch and never just take someones word for it. By the way some may consider my first cycle doses on the high side

Anyway a good starter cycle would be test(cyp,enenthate, or sustenon) 500mgs e/w for 10 weeks. Decca 400mgs e/w for 10 weeks. dbol 25-30mgs ed for weeks 1-4 or 1-6. Also .25mgs of arimidex the whole way through and then clomid post cycle. I don't remeber the proper time for clomid therapy for decca but I believe it is somewere around 3 weeks after last shot.

deca or eq and some kind of test. 500mg of test and 400mg of eq or deca a week. clomid and anti-e and u are set.

My first was Deca at 400mgs for 8 weeks and dbol at 35mgs for the first 4. Gained 25 lbs and kept all of it. Had a lot of bloat from dbol though wish i had armidex at the time.
