Ok, I know a lot of guys sat time on = time off but I think that a lot of guys are not able to stick to that so, to that end, I ask:

How many cycles per year do you do?

How much time do you really take off between cycles?

Please be honest!

This will be my second cycle, spaced by about 6 months. If I can get up to my desired weight, it will also be my last.

I have the "not big enough" complex going for me though...

I agree that there is no need to be on all the time but I know a lot of bros are not honest about time on=off.

I am just curious to see the answers.

For me, time off has been = time on X 2, except for the last 16 yrs when time off = 16 years.
If you're not national-class you have no bidness spending more time on than off.

How long are your cycles and what do they look like?

thanks bro. Why off so long? Things went well during time off?

I think that if you are just trying to look good, time on=time off is a good rule.

However, if you are trying to win something...then you may go by a different standard.

It all comes down to your goals.
