I am 5' 9" weighing 220 bf about 18% and I am ready to start my 2nd cycle ever. I will diet down to get the bf to atleast 10%. I should be able to get to that mark in 4 or 5 weeks. Then I will start a cycle of sus 250,dbol and the neccessarry assesories. My cycle will look something like this.
Week 1- 8 sus 250
Week 1-3 dbol 20mg a day
Week 7-8 dbol 20mg a day
Week 9 dbol 10 mg a day
Week 10 dbol 5 mg a day.
I know some of you all are saying that is a little weak, but I want to take the low approach and see how my body responds. I want to know if any of you guys have any suggestions as to modifications or if this a decent 2nd cycle considering my first cycle was a dbol only cycle?
