Ah yeah the pic of that huge guy. Well...Don't take it personally but a lot of people don't believe the pic is of *you* (whoever is writing this ) as we figure most people of that person's size would engage in some posting of training techniques, etc, and not just post one pic and then never be heard from again. Do you have any other pics of yourself you can post up anywhere to prove that's you? if you need help posting them up, someone here will gladly help. If indeed it really is you in that pic, I'm sure we'd love to hear your diet/training techniques.
 
as i said earlier... i will not freely post anything out of the blue, i do not spend that much time on the computer, im just checkin this site out for a bit. but not for long i think if i am always being questioned if this is REALLY me.

try not o take it personally. Take it as a compliment if anything. You have to understand in any online community like this, the natural tendecy is for people to not believe it when someone posts pics saying "look this is my physique" or if you were at some Honda car forum, and you posted a pic of a car, and it was the best Honda anyone has seen, you'd get the same skepticism.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt however. Please PM me your thoughts on training for mass and eating habits and what you do to shred fat when you need to.
