i don't know depends on how you train eat sleep. I will give you an example of something I did that wasn't my first cycle either. You should make good gains off your first cycle. Use the d-bol for 3 weeks @ 25mg a day, or try to get more. I did a deca only cycle @300mg for 10 weeks and gain 22lbs, and kept 15, nothing else. So you should be able to come close or even do better.
