Cycle Update

Okay, just like a lot of other guys, I jutst have to post about how my cycle is going. I;m using D-bol/Cyp/NPP. All Syrus products. I used Prop the first 3 weeks as well. I'm currently in week 5 and up about 11lbs, without too much BF. I've been doing madcow's 5x5 rotuine. Strength is still going up nicely. Everything felt light today, so next week I'll have to make a slightly bigger jump in ther weights. as far as size, as I said, I'm up 11lbs and have been lean bulking for the most part. Of course I look in the mirror, and I see some size improvement, but not much. I have gotten a few comments though that I'm lookin bigger. So that's the deal so far.
 
Sounds good bro...i was going to give the 5X5 a run while on my cycle of sust/dbol...but decided not too...had just finished the 5x5 before i got on...right now im on a regular BB split...4th day of dbol today and injected sust on monday....not feeling to much just yet...felt pretty good yesterday but could be all mental so far.....have you ever run gear and done the 5X5?? might do this on my prop/tren/eq/clen/t3 cycle ...ever posted a pic slyder?
 
i'm currently in the middle of Week 5 of my Omnadren 250 cycle......up 9 lbs, amazing pumps and can see a difference in my body changing

my shoulders are getting wider and my traps are growing.....i have recieved many comments on my shoulders and traps........sure does make you feel good about yourself

strength and endurance is rising quickly

only 250 a week? is that all your cycling..just the omnadren?
 
great job. i really like to 5x5's. im thinkign about going into that routine for a few months. keep up the good work bro

looking good so far, how long you running everything....i too use all syrus gear (top notch).....keep us updated, i always wanted to do 5x5 with gear but it was the big jumps i worried about and not getting all the reps, was a bit hard to figure out how high to go and what not...in any event goodluck and k to you
 
Interesting and good bro, makes me laugh, there was a thread a few weeks back bitching about syrus stuff. Maybe that was another board I am on???????

First time running gear with 5x5. I just make higher weight increases pretty much one I hit 5 weeks 5 and so on. D-bol for 6 weeks, NPP for 8 weeks and i was gonna run Cyp for 10, but thinking 12 now as it seems to be the popular course to run Test a few weeks past Deca or Tren. Be interesting to see how you like gear and the 5X5 keep up updated, like i said i might want to run that routine with my next cycle......looking great bro!!
 
good work slyder! I love the 5x5 routine. It is a motherfucker, but for packing on size I think it is a great routine.
 
never saw the 5x5 before. interestingly enough, I've done something very similar for years as a natural, but never realized that it was a "system".


only difference is I go up to 8s on my rows just...because.
