cycle update

I decided to try a low dose cycle and see what it could do. I also decided to go for only 1½ weeks with the cycle and after that 4 weeks off, then back on for 6 weeks. The reason I decided only to go for 1½ weeks is that I had to reduce some bodyfat and get back up where I once was(as far as I could). I've lost about 40lb from an accident and havn't been on gear for about 5 months. I have been training all along though.

Cycle:

day 1: Prop 150mg, Tren 75mg
day 3 + 5: Prop 100mg, Tren 50mg
day 7, 9, 11: Prop 75mg, Tren 50mg

Training:

mon chest
tue back
wedn quads
thu triceps, shoulders front
fri: biceps, shoulders sides
Sat: off
Sun: Hammies and biceps + triceps

Diet: I'm cutting from mon to tuesday, bulk from fri to sunday but very clean.
During the cuttingphase I eat about BW x 12, Bulkphase about BW x 20-22
Protein during the bulk is very high

I'm sweting like a pig during the cutting days. I do high intensity training for cardio.

In 1 week I've gained about 7lb. i have less water/bloat than before and my muscles are hard as a rock. Veins are popping out here and there and the sixpack is back. In the mirror It seems I've lost quite a bit of fat and gained quite a lot. My arms are today 0.6inces bigger, chest is 1 inch wider and my legs have gone up 1½ inches. I feel pumped all the time and I fucking love it!

My hole body has changed somehow.
This proofs for me that low doses can make quite a difference in short time, It's all about the diet and cardio, sleep and training and the gear is just a big plus to this.
 
Why the 4 week gap? Was that because of your accident? Not real clear on what's happening on this one.
