cycle update

Hi guys Im 19 days into my test/deca cycle (600/400).This is my first real cycle, I messed around with orals before but that was bullshit.Im 5'10 202-204lbs from 187lbs at start of cycle.Eating about 7000-8000 cals.I havent gotten any strength yet but Ive been asked if I have been using AS at the gym lately.I strongly beleive the gains Ive made so far are mostly water and from the extra cals Im eating.Im also using liquidex so I cannot be that bloated.I basically doubled my cals when I got on cycle so that has a profound effect on my growth IMO.I heard deca/test takes 3 or 4 weeks to kick in so Icant wait.Gonna be running this 7 more weeks and hope to hit 220 lbs by that time then I will start 50mg winny ed for 6 weeks to cut down to hopefully about 210 really hard and vascular.Well thats it....tell me what yall think!
 
Wow! 7000-8000 calories a day! Are you just parking your butt at McDon's between working out and sleeping...LOL..

Seriously, your colon cannot take too much of that so watch out for fast foods and foods with lots of preservatives. You might want to think about using saw palmetto, too... for your prostate and hairline. You are young so you shouldn't see too many sides but you might in the future.
As for your gains, they sound good so far. It sounds like you have good genetics so you might just see your goals.

Thanks guys yea deca bloats you cuz of the prog right?Hey na 2thick I dont really eat fast food Im talkin 7-8000 clean calories and yes I shit about 7 times a day.And I dont think I have that great of genetics its just all my eating and training.I just got back from a workout and no extra strength is apparent yet but I got some nice pumps.Kinda sucks cuz Im not vascular...Ive always wanted to be vascular thats why Im cutting with winny the last few weeks!
 
Iceman I agree with ya but I wanna make huge gains so Im eating huge.So far it looks like Im gonna hit 220!Any more comments welcome guys.
 
7000-8000 cals.??? Good for you man i have a hard time putting down 5000cals. between working all day and what not but all the power to ya anyway great work so far keep us posted on results i am starting a similar first cycle next week deca/test/dbol 400mg/500mg/30mg u just got me wiked pumped for mine keep up the good work man...
 
1mistake excuse me sir I said I ate clean...rice pasta ground beef chicken breast tuna egg whites milk natural peanut butter potatoes......to give you an idea =-)

Dude thats a lot of calories but different people need diferent amounts to grow. I thought I was only getting around4500 calories then for a college assignment I had to use a program to track my eating habits for a week and on average i was consuming 6500 calories a day somewhat clean. I had wendys chille a few times and some other shit but no other fast food. I was very surprised when i realized i eat this much and mind you this was off cycle and I was still below 12 % which is ok. but im always vascular. So you may jusat have a very hiogh metabolism like myself
 
Im only getting about 450+ gm of protein and I thought you needed twice as many carbs so that would put me over 900 carbs Im not even getting that much.Maybe Im just eating too much because you guys always say that newbies dont have a good diet etc etc.But hey Im growing.Amazingly my str hasnt increased at all so my numbers seem less impressive but hopefully this test/deca will kick in soon.My 4th inj is monday Im gonna do the glutes I tried doing the left delt last week and I paniced (sp) when I put the needle in which caused the delt to tighten up and this whole week its been really painful and bruised.
 
Sounds like you been reading some old muscle mags that sold the weider 2500cals shakes in it------------

7000-8000cals clean please do my a favor a write out your diet meal by meal----lets see how clean this is----

maybe your clean is not what most think is clean?
 
Ok well I dont do the same thing everyday I get basically the same macros tho.
Meal 1-10 egg whites,bagel,fat free cream chese,can of tuna
Meal 2-2 microwaveable burritos,pb sandwich,can of tuna
Meal 3-2 whey shakes,2 toast,can of tuna
Meal 4-3 chicken breasts,3 buns
Meal 5-1 lb ground beef cooked on foreman grill with 2 buns
Clean enough?
By the way Im not done eating for the day its 5:15 here Ill probably eat 3-4 more times
