As many of you are aware from my post last week, I started my latest cycle 1 week ago. I spend a lot of time on this board, and I constantly see posts about "what can I expect from.......???", "what should I eat?", "how should I train?", and so on. In an effort to answer a lot of these questions, and provide some insight into life on a cycle, I will post weekly updates on my progress.
Here was my intended cycle:
Week 1-4: Dbol 30mg/day
Week 1-10: Test Enanthate 500mg
Week 1-10: EQ 400mg
Week 7-12: Winny 50mg ED
Week 12-13: HCG 500iu ED
Clomid 300mg 1st day of Week 14, then 100mg ED for 10 days, then 50mg ED for 10 days
I made a few minor tweaks to my cycle. I've increased the dbol to 2ml of Reforvit-b (50mg) per day, and I also increased the EQ to 600mg.
Here is my progress:
Starting: 244 pounds
Ending week 1: 251 pounds (+7)
My blood pressure was a bit elevated from the water retention, and I was getting frequent headaches. I'm taking 3-4 water pills per day, and that seems to be keeping everything in check.
My training is coming along quite nicely, and I've experienced moderate increases in strength from the dbol. I've cut all cardio from my training for now. If I start to notice the accumulation of excess body fat, I'll throw in some cardio first thing in the morning 2-3 times per week. To monitor body fat, I'm using the most accurate method - how I look and how my clothes fit
I've found electronic monitoring on a cycle to be somewhat deceptive due to varying levels of water retention.
As for diet, I'm currently taking in 4500-5000 calories per day. This is about 1000 calories over my current maintenance level. I'm taking in 400-450 grams of protein daily. I'm breaking this up into 6 meals per day.
