*****TODAY I STARTED WEEK 3 (still have 4 weeks to go!!

--CURRENT STATS (this morning on empty stomach): 184lbs-- 11%BF
Training has been very solid--workout 5 days/week
Strength is WAY up all around.
Diet has been HONESTLY NOT SO GOOD. GAINS COULD BE BETTER WITH BETTER DIET. My appetite has been a bit off but i dont think that has anytihng to do with the products (school stress). i have been eating right but not as much as i should. LOts of protein intake but not much in calorie intake.
MY gains have been very lean and dry. VERY HAPPY with current results (especially based on diet not being on point)
NO SIDES AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! (will probably change once SD is introduced...but the gains should increase as well )
Will finish up with 4 weeks PCT and RETAIN (nolva and clomid on hand in case)
WIll update again at beginning of week 5 (unless dramatic change happens before)
